Reserving your date
How do I book Calypso Snow?
Send us your event details through the booking page or by text, and
we’ll confirm availability, recommend the right setup, and prepare
your quote. Your date is reserved only after we confirm
availability and the booking terms are completed — sending
a request simply starts the process.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can. Weekends, summer dates, holidays, school
events, weddings, and large festivals fill up quickly, so reaching
out early gives you the best chance at your preferred date. We’ll
always try to accommodate last-minute requests when our schedule
allows.

How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on your guest count, service time, location, setup,
flavor and topping selections, and any travel involved. Once we
review your event details, we’ll send a clear quote with everything
included — no surprises.
Is the online estimate my final price?
No. The estimator on our site gives you a helpful starting range for
planning. Your final quote is confirmed after we review the specific
details of your event, since factors like travel, staffing, and
service time can affect the total.

We bring the equipment, ice, flavors, and supplies — you provide a
flat, shaded space for our setup and access to power when required.
We’ll go over the exact space and power needs with you when we
confirm your booking, so everything is ready on the day.
Can we customize flavors and toppings?
Absolutely. You can build a flavor lineup that fits your crowd, and
add finishing touches like sweet cream, condensed milk, whipped
cream, fresh fruit, and toasted coconut. Available options depend on
your package, guest count, and current availability.
